Stop guessing and start progressing. Our Men’s Health Program is designed specifically for the man who wants to feel stronger, look more athletic, and move without pain. Led by our very own in-house professional trainer, Thomas Overman, this program bridges the gap between solo gym sessions and 1-on-1 coaching, giving you the guidance and accountability you need to see real results.

When: Mon / Wed / Fri at 6:00 AM (The best way to start your day).

Who: Men (Ages 25–60) with some gym experience looking for a high-level plan.

Investment: $119/month (Includes your full gym membership and ELDOA classes).
