REGEN CLASSES
What is Regen? Regen Classes are built on the ELDOA method.
ELDOA is a French acronym that translates to osteoarticular decoaptation.
To break that down simply:
Osteoarticular: Refers to the bones and joints.
Decoaptation: The act of opening or creating space.
The primary goal of ELDOA is to create "breathing room" between the joints to improve mobility and function. For anyone struggling with back pain or spinal compression, these targeted movements can be absolutely game-changing.
If you're looking to incorporate mobility, recovery, and injury mitigation into your training goals, myofascial stretching and ELDOA are a great place to start.
As we go through training and life, we are bound to encounter various aches and pains in our muscles and joints. The goal of myofascial stretching and ELDOA is to create optimal length and space in muscles and joints, respectively.
For example: if you are experiencing knee pain and tightness after doing squats, it could very well be the muscles of your quadriceps are too tight, and thereby compressing the joint. The goal of myofascial stretching will be to show how to stretch those muscles with respect to their anatomy to create lasting change to help alleviate the knee pain.
The goal of these classes is to teach you how to put yourself back together after a hard training session: if you train the muscle, you should stretch the muscle.
