Seth Moellmer
BVB TrainerSeth specializes in youth athletic development, strength and conditioning, and performance-based training. Through evidence-based, performance-driven coaching, Seth helps young athletes build strength, confidence, movement quality, and long-term athleticism both on and off the field. He also enjoys helping general population clients improve their overall health, fitness, and quality of life through sustainable training and healthy lifestyle habits. Having worked with Virginia collegiate athletes and Northern Virginia youth sports programs ranging from travel teams to middle and high school athletics, Seth is excited to bring his experience to College Station and help athletes enhance their game and reach their potential.
Jack Gourley
BVB TrainerJack brings over ten years of fitness experience to his work as a personal trainer, between powerlifting, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and distance running. He focuses on guiding newer clients through the process of learning barbell training, helping them build strength with proper technique and confidence. Jack’s approach is centered on making powerlifting accessible and sustainable for almost anyone, using it as a tool to improve posture, stability, and overall quality of life. He’s especially passionate about helping people feel stronger and more capable in their daily movement, while also supporting long-term health and confidence through increased durability. For clients who want both strength and endurance, he specializes in integrating conditioning and sport-focused training to create a balanced, hybrid approach to fitness.
Mike Luepke
BVB TrainerWith a degree in Sports Conditioning from Texas A&M and a decade of hands-on experience, Mike Luepke bridges the gap between high-level performance and longevity. Since 2020, Mike has coached a diverse demographic ranging from youth athletes (ages 10–17) to seniors reclaiming their strength after hip, shoulder, and spinal surgeries.
Mike’s coaching philosophy is rooted in versatility. Having competed in everything from full marathons to Strongman and Powerlifting, he understands the unique demands of both endurance and raw power. Whether you are a competitive athlete looking for an in-season edge or a general trainee recovering from injury, Mike provides a goal-oriented approach designed to deliver concrete results.

BVB TrainerReal strength is durable and your training should be, too. With 13 years of experience, Andrea Mikeal has coached a diverse range of clients, from teenagers to 86-year-olds. She specializes in "post-rehab" strength, working with clients who have graduated from physical therapy and need a coach who understands how to build durability without the risk of reinjury.

By blending a deep foundation in Exercise Physiology with specialized Soma Therapy and Soma Training, Phillip has successfully trained and rehabilitated some of the world’s most elite athletes.
