Membership at Brazos Valley Barbell

Three tiers, four ways to pay, and the same 24/7 access to competition equipment on every one of them. No contract. No enrollment fee. No maintenance fee.

What it costs

Bi-weekly and monthly work out within $3 of each other over a year, so pick whichever suits how you get paid. Annual is ten times the monthly rate — pay for ten months, get twelve.

A free 4-week coached intro program

You will not be handed a key fob and left to work it out. Pick one at signup and it is delivered the day you join: Intro to Powerlifting, written by Dr. Rob Escalante of Escalate Training · Intro to Strength & Conditioning · BJJ Sports Performance.

Partner network

Escalate Training — 15% off ongoing programming. Gracie Barra Bryan — a free month of Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Rocks — 15% off supplements. Member discounts at Sweatscape (sauna and cold plunge) and Clean Eatz (meal prep).

HSA and FSA eligible

Membership can be paid with HSA or FSA funds when it forms part of a treatment plan for a condition diagnosed by your provider, supported by a Letter of Medical Necessity. Ask your physician and plan administrator whether you qualify — we can't give tax advice, but we'll provide whatever documentation your plan needs.

What membership doesn't include

Membership covers facility access. Coaching and ongoing programming are separate services, arranged with our coaches directly. The one exception is the Women's Health Program, which includes coached programming in its rate.

Not sure which tier you're in?

Come see the place first. A tour takes about fifteen minutes — no pitch, no clipboard. We'll walk you through the floor and work out which membership actually fits how you train.
